Satellites movings

I thought to find answer about Eutelsat 28A on Eutelsat.com but there is something interesting, Eutelsat still showing Eutelsat 28E 28F and 28G for this position

    I missed something ?

If FlySat has placed correctly satellites at 28.2.E,then my feed is on Astra 2A.So at 28.0E! I moved slightly westward antenna in order to obtain the maximum signal.
    Thanks to hvdh and Feedsat:72:

Eutelsat 36A has probably moved from 36.1°E to about 70.5°E.
    (Awaiting confirmation by TLE).

I think there is a weak signal near 12322 circular?

Nothing on 12322 from my QTH

    • Offizieller Beitrag

    Thanks for checking anyway!
I now realize, could it be from Intelsat 22 at 72.1°E, you reported 12324 V 8000 to Flysat in 2014?
Maybe my Visiosat bisat, pointing at 70.5°E, will get some signals from 72.1°E, as well as from 68.5°E.

Meanwhile, from TLE it's sure that Eutelsat 36A is now at 70.5°E. Only waiting for Eutelsat to reveal the new name (probably Eutelsat 70C).

This satellite is becoming inclined, and remaining lifetime is until Q3 2017. So I don't expect much will become active.

  • Hallo hvdh,

wo ist denn ABS 2A abgeblieben? Ist auch in deiner Liste nicht zu finden. Start war am 15.6.16 mit einer Falcon 9.
