With more repetitions, this problematic frequency can be locked in automatic mode.The recording can be played back with MPC-BE and Potplayer.
The recorded file using TransEdit shows that audio pid 303 is present, but cannot reproduce the tone. Unfortunately no player can open this radio directly.
