...but lockable via TBS 6522 now and CS shows as Packetized Single:

Dziś rano 3848 R jest aktywny (4,9 m). Jednak może się to ponownie zmienić, ponieważ jest podwójnie zajęty z nową częstotliwością 3718 R?

You may have had the same experience as I did when I was temporarily unable to "receive" 3848 R.
This morning 3848 R is active (4.9m). But this may change again as it is double occupied with the new frequency 3718 R?

Btw.:
CRTV package is back on old frequency (3859 L is off):
3832 L 7582 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
