Regarding this signal on 4079 in H and V - looks like circular? SR 1500, FEC 3/4 in DVB-S2 QPSK (up to 3.6dB and about 0.5dB under LM here) from position 55.5°W (without inclination - checked neighbour positions too. Even no lock in S2X...
