Locked some TPs for first time this week (like 3803V) but I keep losing others, like Playboy HD going down to 8.5 dB only very often recently :(
Here's today's scan.
My scans tonight from my place. Not so good signal at this time (4.2Mt) 4179V lockable via hard lock but on the limit, 3799H a little bit far from the lock... Maybe spring time is not so positive or do I need to re-align feed? Can anybody check, please?
EDIT:/ 2 o'clock morning
I tried once after some small alignments. Check the second two pictures, a little bit better. Clear BS for V Polarity, no chance tonight for 3717H and 3799H
Your results don't seem to be adequate for a 4.2m dish! Yet they're quite sufficient for 43W - you must be able to get 3717H and 3799H too, unless you're facing some local interference.
On 2.4m dish, 3717H is never a problem, always 9.4dB+ but 3799H has been unlockable for the last few days, today it's down to 8.4 dB, but that still should not be a problem for your dish.
Scan of the day.
Nothing new I think.
3717 H and 3799 H are okay here.
Something has changed here:
BBC package has left 3982 V.
New, but unlocked signal:
3981 V 5000 3/5 DVB-S2 8PSK

New, but unlocked signal:
3981 V 5000 3/5 DVB-S2 8PSK
Better signal atm, but stiill not lockable.
Now new Frequency, I think
3799 V 30000 5/6 8PSK
Needs 9.4dB for Lock. Hard for me with the same problems on this position.
Four channels, no name. Possible Digichiper

Another very weak signal from this position...
4144 H 2800 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK
PS: Scan of the day.
Scan of the day.
Again TC on feed: 4140 H 9872 3/4 DVB-S2/HD 8PSK
Nothing else new.
PS: Unlockable signal 4144 H is last scan above was probably a feed.

Hi All,
I want to know if it is possible in the western part of Europe(Portugal,Spain,France,Germany, etc) to catch South American tv packages from 43.0W and 61.0W?And if so,what is the smallest size of the antenna that can be used for the two positions?
Thanks in advance
