Not sure if it´s on Rascom or 3°east, but normally Rascom has this range in R (qwer, you can move it to 3°east if you think...)

4036 R 1000 8PSK 3/5 "Label TV"

4033 R 2083 QPSK 5/6 "Amen TV"

Amen TV is listed on 4029 L on 3°east, maybe changed frequency and/or satellite

I would confirm and also I think this circular right range is from 2.9°E.

"Amen TV" was not lockable since long time @3.1°E and 4027 L 1842 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK... (it was still on in last january scan). I will have a look in a few minutes...

/edit: yes, "Amen TV" on 4027 L @3.1°E still on and not lockable from my place - 6.5dB (a bit snow in the dish - but that´s not the reason...)

Replaced by CSS TV (test card) and Univers TV (black screen).

Both channels now with test transmissions - from Congo DRC (Kinshasa).
