Previously PID had 4106 PLP1/2.
Now PID 4105 has twice the size of the others (20 MB)
But 4105 PLP1 has only 10MB
...
Because PMT 4105 has a second PLP 2. (I credit you for that
)
This stream has the same parameters as the others, but I didn't see who this Service/region is for.

With great difficulty and luck, I managed to lock 10998 H,15282,3/4,8PSK, and thus to be confirmed by Eduard on FlySat, that this is a Russian mux.
It seems strange that there are no other T2-Mi muxes on the Horizontal polarity, but only this one.
I have to say that the reception was at the limit for PLP 0, but when I wanted to open PLP 1, the app froze.
Only recently was 10998 H reported on FlySat by Eduard, although it has been activated for over a week.
I would also add that the reception of all T2-MI muxes at 53.0E would be possible in my area with a 1.80m antenna(?). But I'm still happy that even with the 1.50m antenna, I can receive T2-MI muxes from beam #1, which has no coverage in my area.
I forgot that the easiest to lock Russian mux is at 10852 V, 1808,3/4. It is a radio package
