Hi sathunterturkey these two AFN frequencies are one of the strongest in C band... (for me on 4.9m about 11.5dB over link margin)
...no problem for very small dishes (in C band)...
Btw. why do you ask - are they transmitting in clear at the moment...?
The reason ı asked about these channels was to find out whether a signal can be received from Türkiye with a 2M satellite dish and whether these channels are currently open with the PowerVu encryption system.
