Today I changed the position for calibration of the Ku band area. I don't have a motor to move the antenna vertically, so until now I've been using the 95E position which is actually below the horizon line, so that introduced extra noise into the spectrum. I found an empty space on the Clark path, between 47.5W and 55.5W and chose the middle, 51.5W, for calibration. This further improved the display of the calibrated spectrum compared to the high-resolution spectrum. When I look at the comparison of the same spectrum in different IQ versions, I think that 1.0.2.8. it has the most beautiful shades of color

I carefully repeated the same test on the 30W satellite. As you said, the RF minlevel options are set to -50dB. Field TBS-6983 is marked. I see that some users don't do that, I always turn on the calibration option before plotting the spectrum and the spectrum always looks fantastically accurate.

You are right, it was no longer possible afterwards

I discovered today that saving on version 1.0.3.0 works if I uncheck the "show C/No" field beforehand

I don't want to believe in anything else, I'm sure our friend Strannik will call soon

Unfortunately, there is no simple solution to your question, I have been experimenting with looking for the best combination for a good reception. If you want detailed information visit the topic on this forum: https://novisf.com/thread/102291-mzt-sta300-04/ ? postID = 1386012 # post1386012
