It operates using Multistream T2-MI technology. The data responsible for opening it (BID = 4096) is encrypted with the BISS system using the key 11************33

Therefore, it does not work on the ALTDVB program. Is there any solution to this problem?

Regarding the new version and the 7E transponder: when ffmpeg is unable to decide the stream, the user is informed and can opt to launch ffmpeg.exe to see the console output.
Interestingly this TS is non standard!
