What's the point of NOT showing the symbol rate of the NS4 feed?
Is that a big secret or so? 86
Less than 5 persons in Europe can search this feeds from Novelsat.

If we take into account that these devices do not know blindscan,then,the only explanation I can find,of course I'm not entirely sure,would be the fact that the parameters are offered by the vendor/providers.Being a proprietary device,it comes in at the same time with the related applications,which are bought together by TV program providers.Only they can afford to buy such expensive devices,or also wealthy individuals who have such financial resources.
Or there are cases of individuals who have collaborations or even work in tv studios,and which studios receive a list of feeds,parameters and time of transmission.We can detect some of these individuals on the feeds site,Satelliweb,who know some time before when a feed is activated.But in this case,they work with the usual devices,which we use,which is why the information is not classified.
But in the case of this ns3/4 owner, it is of great importance that information related to parameters,especially symbol rates,not be disclosed,because thus can be found the algorithm and the structure by which the transmission is made.Perhaps this parameter is a kind of Achilles 'heel by which this algorithm can be found.So far,those who own such ns3 devices are just dxers ,but have no license and applications from the manufacturer,they can not use them to find and use for this type of feeds.If one of them were be an application developer, as passionate as it is for feeds,then it would be a problem for the manufacturer.And as we know from life,a secret is more important than the product of that secret.
I am convinced that my above assumptions can be considered fanciful,even I myself have doubts,but I have allowed to express them,at the risk of being ridiculous,for one and only natural reason:any secret gives rise to a secret in the end it's not a big secret.And those who have access to it are part of that happy few club.We have to admit that it gives you a little or big satisfaction.
If my "fanciful" explanation above has a sense of truth, I can understand @Feedsat why he does not tell us about this parameter or the other.It's not his job to tell us something that shouldn't be said,if there's an agreement on that...
For lack of anything else,I,at least console myself that I can make all sorts of scenarios about this problem...secretive.As it is said,food for thoughts 20

Probably he knows frequency where the feed is on, or where he think is going, only frequency and polarisation of course, and ns2000 then all do automatic, this is like blindscan for one frequency only. This is like nokia 9600 with dvb2000. I only think this is the case. Maybe he doesn't know the symbol rate and fec, only open the channels, in this way.

No the NS2000 is absolutely not auto SR like the old DVB2000 and no for most of the time I don't know the frequency & ths SR but I'm a Dxer and the best tool for this is the spectrum analyser 72

Thank you for pointing that out,but there's a lot of spectrum analyzers(devices and applications),but which one do you use?
BTW,I'd invite you to visit 18.0W and see if you can lock the signal at 11014 V. I'm not sure if it's in ns3,probably not,but you need a big antenna to pick up signal from at least 15dB(who knows). I think it has a very large modulation,for which you need a suitable antenna and of course a suitable device.

No this is not a NS3 /4 moduilation type, the spectrum is not sharp enough (easy to identify with any spectrum analyser).

Thank you,@Feedsat,for your answer but also for otherwise confirming me.Looks like you couldn't lock this signal with the big antennas either?Is that true? or am I wrong?
Because you have so many antennas and devices of different calibers,it's like my heart won't let me in, even at the risk of sounding unfriendly,but I insist and ask you:what kind of signal did you identify with your analyzer on 11014 V?
Here's what SNR,over 9dB,I have on this transponder.I have the impression that it is with the extension S2X(?),for which you need a very strong signal 88With my antenna,I can't get it.
