VMA My presumption is, the driver does not initialise correct some registers on stid135.
It would be useful, to make a comparison, read registers before and after scanning, in both win and linux.

Unfortunately for us, tbs guys was left in the dark by ST Micro support regarding drivers for stid135. Now stid135 is obsolete.
For linux users, deeptho found right solution.
I hope, one day demodulayion will take place in software as is in sdr today.
Maybe, someone have SDK/PDK for stid135, this will help in development of stid135 based cards.

I have inverto lnb on Prodelin Feedhorn.
ChannelMaster works ok with c120 lnb
For Prodelin feedhorn you need to cut to edge two opposite holes on feedhorn in order to bolt lnb.

STiD135 blind scan on Windows, is unresolved afte those years.
Maybe if we could go together funding, we could have a free source usb dvb receiver.
Some other project exists also.

From what i read, @ N6BY, did not make public his software, only just some info about how he succedded. Maybe, asking him could release the application.
Regarding streamreader sources, they are old, but, could be useful.

And, @N6BY user , in this thread: STV6111 /6120 Register access in Windows gained access, under windows, to read/write registers on TBS and DD cards.
Maybe , someone will use those info in order to create a new streamreader.
