Thanks to satesco advice, I managed to get the app running. This is my first capture and the app works well on the TechniSat SkyStar 2 eXpress HD. Now follows further learning of this program.

My version of the operating system is Windows 10 Pro version: 21H1
To download IQmonitor_Pro_1000 I had to turn off Windows Defender, if I have Windows Defender turned on, it blocks the file and does not allow downloading.
