For a couple of days, there is sort of a beacon frequency on 3562 R, I might be wrong, but I don't think it was already on air til now

First unlocked signal from position 24.9°E.
Linear scan here, and signal is on both polarities, so it´s circular, I think.

I can localize the satellite on freq. 3679 L 568 .
No chance with 3700, wimax .
