Interesting, Apstar-7 and neighbor ABS-2 are not supposed to have this low frequency. And Thaicom 5 has other SR here. -
Unfortunately my snr is too low for this position on 1.80m but this is not a fake scan, the signal is really there.
Someone else with a good reception for this position could have a look ? -
I checked that TP - 3414 V 12780 2/3
As I can see , I have another wimax frequency at 3440 so no possible lock .
Only flickering signal from -10 to few dbs, but not sure if it is from the TP.

Thanks pawelwa! So ABS-2 indeed has transponders down to 3.4 GHz, that probably were hardly used so far. I'll correct that in my GEO satellites list.
