Oops... Merged in correct toppic.
Probably new here (my linear scan, sorry) - I hope I´m on the right position...
3875 R 18000 5/6 DVB-S
/edit by qwer 09.03.2019: It´s in circular left, according marval450 scan: 3875 L 18000 5/6 DVB-S

It should be a bit easier to figure this out, now that both Intelsat 904 and Galaxy 11 have left 45°E. But still we have 46.0°E Azerspace 1 nearby, that could use 3875 R.
I was hoping so far, Blagovest has only 3.4...3.7 GHz... it's still a question mark in my sat list!
Thanks hvdh, but I think it´s not from 46.0°E, because I´ve checked this frequency there before (I thought so...).
Just back on this position... trying 45.0°E and 46.0°E (linear scan).
3876 L and 3887 R seems to be from 45.0°E.
PS: I will try in circular next time.
/edit: changed 45.0°E scan - better focused now (tried with higher elevation)
3905 R 1000 (GS) also from this position.

This position is full of questions ...
/edit by qwer: LINKS disappeared (01.08.2020).
So we were wrong.
These TPs are still here on 45E.
Okay, thanks marval450 for this reminder.
Oh my, well noticed marval450!
So Intelsat 904 at 45.1°E may never have been active in C-band at all, right? Then that IS-904 topic needs to be merged with this one somehow!
FYI: Merged now 45.1°E Intelsat 904 reports in this toppic.
Hi marval450, I took the liberty to forward the transponders you found to Flysat, it's already there!

That is great!
Current update by my side. Both circular Polarities.
I post here in this Section but, if wrong, anybody is allowed to move to GS Section
3527 R 1049 - Generic Stream (Lockable even in L with same Power. Maybe it's Linear... )
3887 R 1299 - Generic Stream
3924 R 6398 - Generic Stream (Possible Galaxy 11 at 44,9°Est Incl., as written on GS List?)
3878 R 2200 5/6 DVB-S QPSK - Data Transport
3848 L 23033 - Generic Stream (Very weak, but Lockable. Maybe it's not from this position ... )
3876 L 17996 5/6 DVB-S QPSK - Data Transport
/Edit:
3600 R - Seems to have left ...
Something more, I think, is active under 3500 Mhz, but for me it's fog, due to WiMax
3876 L 9500 , new SR
Blagovest 4 (a.k.a. Blagovest 14L, Cosmos 2539), launched 5 August 2019 and tested at 63.5°E, is at 45.0°E as well since a few days.
Actually, it looks like Blagovest 1 has moved a bit to 44.9°E.
Maybe Blagovest 4 is taking over, and Blagovest 1 will move away?

Edited 19 Oct 2019: There were wrong TLE's, Blagovest 1 stays at 45.0°E, while Blogovest 4 left on 9 Oct, still moving West.
