aber zwei mit Sr 300 
Hello, unfortunately I believe that this transponder is no longer active.
Here is my result with 1,80 m ( no trace of 3827 V 1405
but two with Sr 300

doch, die 3827 V 1405 4/5 ist weiterhin aktiv, mit etwa +4.0dB über LM (4.9m).
An deinem scan kann ich sehen, dass die starke (zirkulare) Position 45.0°E Blagovest 1 dir den Empfang in diesem Frequenzbereich stört mit 1.8m. Evtl. hilft ein weiter nach Osten im Azimuth drehen...?
FYI: Hi-impact TV still there - but only temporary - unchanged parameter:
4003 V 2204 3/5 DVB-S2 8PSK (7.3dB over LM)
Probably changed paramter here...
3838 L 1250 3/5 DVB-S2 8PSK, WRM TV from Tanzania 
Arise & Shine TV from Tanzania left 3995 V and started on:
4144 V 2300 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK
One more new appeared:
4148 V 2400 3/5 DVB-S2 8PSK, MFM Television (Nigeria)
Not sure, if this one is a regular service, TV-logo: "H3 TV", using french subtitles, but no clear video stream:
3786 H 1750 3/4 DVB-S2 QPSK
I was on it and I thought it was my signal strength
it looks like GS stream video result
3786 H 1750 3/4 DVB-S2 QPSK
Changed Modulation now to 8PSK:
3786 H 1750 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK - about 0.5dB under LM
/edit: 20.15 CET signal has left
...and back in "friendly" QPSK and clear video... for a short moment,,, 
...now black screen.
/edit; 21,30 CET: stiil observing this signal ...changed to FEC 4/5...for a short moment...and went back to former 3/4
/edit2: observing 3786 H 1750:

09.00 CET: signal is back on 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK (7.3dB, unlocked)

Radio service from Africa in potuguese is still active on APid 4112 (APid 4114 is silent).
PS: currently no lock on 4123 V 2381 3/4 - about 1.5dB under LM on 4.9m
...and now Radio service on 4120 V 267 is down (no signal) and 4123 V 2381 3/4 can be locked again....

Now all are possible, 4120 V and 4123 V... but not in one scan

3814 H 1750 H3 TV (Horizon 3) -> no signal
3823 V 3333 DASH Media -> no signal
Lockable (in manual - didn´t appeared in last scan):
3841 H 1500 Rapid TV -> only 0.4dB over LM on 4.9m
3869 H 1250 Joy Gospel TV -> 4.5dB over LM on 4.9m

....HI-impact TV on 4003 V appeared at this moment again, also Plus TV Africa TV on 3993 V....

FYI: Salt TV is still on (today) , but temporary, because not appeared in scans before...

On again...didn´t appeared in my last scans...it seems like only temporary active...
