BBS TV 1&2 only black screen. Encrypted or there is no stream?

I confirm what N_Stanislav answered you, if it is the radio package at 4098 H,1085,3/4

Here is what I get on the 83.0E C band with a small antenna(1.50m) and lnb Titanium C-138, 5G Red 1, 3.8-4.2GHz band, NF 15°.

I have received, locked, and watched many muxes and services.
