It's not surprising, because all C-Band transponders of Angosat 2 are RHCP!
Angosat 2:
Ka-Band Sub E and Sub A
Downlink Frequency Range: 17300 – 18800 MHz
Polarization: Circular (RHCP & LHCP)
Ku-Band Spot Beams
Downlink Frequency Range: 10950 – 11200 MHz
Polarization: Linear (V&H)
C-Band (6 Transponders)
Downlink Frequency Range: 3694 – 4166 MHz
Polarization: Circular RHCP Downlink & LHCP Uplink

4062 R 20000 is off this morning.
PS: I have observed that even on my 4.9m antenna, strong signals (like 3868 R 2400) from the Blagovest 4 satellite at 12.0°E can still be locked.

There are some changes in this position. A new "peak" can be seen on the spectrum.

The spectrum of Angosat 2 has become the same, the "peak" at the frequency of 3970 is disabled. At the same time, the power of the only operating frequency has increased.

Spectrum has changed again, peak on 3980 R appeared. Nothing new lockable (in S/S2/S2x).
