My own problems or is signal on 4178 L so low?

I had no lock this afternoon on 1.80m but it happens sometimes.
There was 1 feed in lhcp enc par arquva.
I don t remenber the snr for 4178 L, maybe a temporary uplink problem...

to compare, 4030 L locking at 7.7dB

Signal on 4178 L 30000 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK still low at my place.

No probs on other frequencies on left circular, see first attached file.

4178 L, I think you can lock it now, I have 5.7 dB on 1.8m

So my "no lock" of 4178 L is a "home made" problem...

ok, maybe a problem with your LNB at low temperature ?
The quality should decrease in upper band at low temperature ?
do you have another Cband LNB for checking ?

FYI:
I have a Norsat 3220 which works well during summer but not during winter, that's a sad news for a expensive Professional item...!

Tried my second Panorama, but same bad results on 4178 L (only 6.0dB). Changed now to Norsat (incl. upper C-Band) and had success on 4178 L again (8.6dB).
