07.0°W Nilesat 201

  • Back to Nilesat 201 toppic... :159:

All 16 DVB-S transponder lockable. First time for me that I can get SIDs on this weakest DVB-S tp, 11747 V 27500 5/6. :148:

5.0dB were needed on TBS 6522 for SIDs.

    (PS:5.2dB needed for first screenshots)

Davon kann ich hier nur träumen :21::3:

  • I must admit that the 6902se card has helped me lock some muxes at 7.0W for the handicap of my small 1.5m antenna.

Instead, IQmonitor gave me a spectrum with many transponders locked with the tbs6983 card.

I'm almost convinced that with the 1.8m antennae, I could lock and see more transponders, maybe all(?)

  • Slightly better reception ( from my last scan ) due to weather conditions. I can see also and some tps from 8W ( > 12500 )

  • No signal on 11804 H at scan time... just reported on LyngSat by M Al-Taie 01.04.2023.

  • Just my first evening scan in 2023 - no changes here.

  • Nothing changed -for me- here, just another scan. :72:

  • Quite good signal at my place at this time today on 12053 V - also lockable on TBS 6903...

    :49: /edit: I think they switched 12053 V back to Nilesat 201

  • 12053 V now with 5.8dB on TBS 6903.

    :49: /edit: I think they switched 12053 V back to Nilesat 201

PS: 12303 H from Nilesat 301 only parameters...

  • In my opinion and according the increased signal on 12053 V, I would say that this one is switched back on Nilesat 201. :69:

All DVB-S signals from Nilesat 201 are lockable.

PS: I´ve merged yesterdays report in this toppic now. 12303 H is still on Nilesat 301 (unlocked today).

  • Just my evening scan with 2.2m.

New and unlocked here - already reported by G.Abdelhamid on FlySat 14.09.2023:

    11804 H 27500 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK, Nilesat promo?

My best (unlocked) S2 signal is with 0.5dB under LM at scan time:

    12130 V 27500 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK

  • My best (unlocked) S2 signal is with 0.5dB under LM at scan time:

    12130 V 27500 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK

Yesterday 22.00 CET more near to lock 12130 V... but I was too to tired....

...and 11747 V via manual lock on TBS 6522...but too low signal (0.5dB more needed) for showing content.

Attached DVB-S locks via TBS 6522 scan.

  • 12130 V again before lock...

  • Just a first look in year 2024 on this position... but nothing new lockable for me in the early morning hours on cold outside temperatures +3.0°C.
