What do you catch and lock between 11700-12200 H on the Horizons-2, Russia? It's, as you know, at 85.2E. Thanks

Here's what I got on my last visit to 85.2E last month.

Usually, a symbol rate of 34285 Ks is used on Data muxes, and to lock such a signal the card/USB TBS must be capable, even more so if the muxes have an S2X extension.

I'm not sure but you are using the USB 5927 tuner, and even if you can lock the signal, if the transponder is for Data, then your device doesn't memorize/save it.

How is it possible that I have a better signal than you who are much further EAST than my longitude?

If you're talking about my reception at 85.2E, the signal difference is due to the size of our antennas: mine is 1.50m, and yours is 1.80m.

As you know, every extra millimeter on the antenna counts. Sometimes, it makes a difference.

However, other physical or human factors are involved when we receive a signal. I won't mention them now.
