I think, these signals (in DVB-S2/S2X) are from this inclined satellite.

Lockable in S2X:

12524 V, 12524 H, 12565 H, 12606 H, 12606 V, 12647 H - all SR 32730 and FEC 13/45 in QPSK

Only one not locked yet here in S2X (using TBS 6522): 12565 V. Others are lockable (12606 V a short moment before lockable too).
