der Tag ist bald vorbei und die Hoffnung. zu einem besseren Signal zu gelangen, hat sich nicht erfüllt; max. 3,6dB, mehr gelangen einfach nicht.

My poor signal of the day on 12207 V 27500 5/6 DVB-S2 8PSK. 
PS: Now reported from AhmedIraqi on FlySat02.09.2017.

12207 V is exactly on the same postion like 12303, 12284 and so on
in the meantime I see 5,6dB

signal and position but may be badr5 maghreb.

12207 V does not come from Badr-4, because it has only the EMEA beam that would be strong here like the neighboring frequencies.
Badr-7 has no high band.
Badr-6 has a wide (187 MHz) transponder on 12207 V, I don't think they will use it with all Badr-4 still active.
Badr-5 has only 8 frequencies either Central Asia or W-Africa/Maghreb (steerable), 12207 V is NOT one of them.
So I think 12207 V is Badr-5 BSS MENA beam.
Eventually, all Badr-4 BSS transponders could move to this Badr-5 beam.

I believe thats right now, but I see 12265, 12284 and 12303 with a relativ good signal, a constancy signal over all 3 tp.
but 12707 V is just weeker.
my opinion all 3 tp are one of the west africa beam,
why? saxxx and qwer have the best signal, my signal, 250 km more eastly is weeker.
about new tp 12207 V
has anyone in the meantime a reception
