I can confirm. 
Only when I drive my dish more to the west (~0.5°), I can receive 11290 H.

150 cm dish in position 52,5; I can receive all other 52 east tp, but not 11290 H 45000
better I think may be the position 51,7 to receive this tp.

better you "drive" to the more west position, in my scan with 2.2m ~51.0°E was okay to lock 11290 H.
