Thank you for this catch, s-band!
While I checked this signal on my 1,2m (linear feed) - I reached 10.5dB.
...but signal has left (18:00), before my screenshot.
I will stay tuned...

Fixing my home-made problem this morning... still on linear feed and 1.2m.
-
Changed frequency now...
PS: Not my catch - dreamsat on DXtv.
(1.2m, linear scan)
/edit: better signal (+2dB) in circular scan now (last files)

Nothing can be found in spectrum.

The Muvi-package from Zambia on Eutelsat 7B recently left that satellite and there is on flysat a report that it's now in Ku-band on Hellas 3, unfortunately on the Southafrica beam. Because Hellas 3 has also the KA-band for Europe, I think there is the possibility that the package is also on now - to broadcast it to a teleport in Europe.
I have for the moment no reception in band A, maybe someone can have a look on this position.
-
...just a quick check: "switched" from center position 42.0°E to 39.0°E on 1.2m - nothing in circular left spectrum.
....but probably too bad aligned for 39.0°E position for this quick check.
-
Thanks for checking, qwer!
So Muvi is also gone...7E and 16E getting more and more boring in Ka D-band -

Current signal on Muvi mux.

Zambian mux still lockable during day times with 1.8m from my place. Probably new here: QTV
-
Zambian mux changes parameter, unlocked for me at this time:
18862 L 17270 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
-
Signal increases in the evening hours (changed)... before rain starts again here... +1dB more needed for lock.
/edit: 6dB later (max 6.1db and 0.4dB under LM)...
-
18862 L 17270 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
Just a another look here - no changes - still unlocked for me.
-
Signal increases in the evening hours
Still the same here - but without lock on my 1.8m PFA.
-
"Muvi TV" package lockable on the limit for the first time on these parameter with TBS 6925 and 1,8m - not possible on TBS 6903 and 6903X.
-
18862 L 17270 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
Probably something has changed on Zambian mux - first time to get a lock with these parameter on 1.8m.
