It´s "HomeBase Ghana" on 4037 L 1000 3/4 DVB-S2 8PSK, but no clear video possible right now.

Lockable with TBS 6925 and EBSpro Version 9.0.0.4, but weak signal.

Still weak today morning 4037 L...
