10.0°E Eutelsat 10A (OLD POSITION IP over DVB>Ku)

As you already know,at 10.0E on 11386 V is a Gateway IP-11387 V,29000,Dvb-S2/QPSK,CCM,Transport,Single.
I was curious to know what it contains.To my surprise,I've found several streams and substreams which had media content,as a matter of fact transmissions of TV channels.Some channels seem to be regular,because are there all the time.Their format looks like are in Continous stream.For this reason some substream was hard to detect the name of the channel.

Maybe I'm wrong,I think that this new carrier activated is IP,but the streams are encrypted.
