Hi Qwer,
I could post here this information, but because we do not know what these transponders will contain, I thought I would post them to the DX section.At this point we can assume that there will be Data/GS transponders but we are not sure about it.For now they are just a curiosity for dxers,nothing more.For this reason I posted there.

These signals below 12200 are not 61.0°E ABS-4, more likely Intelsat 33e at 60.0°E.

ABS-4 has just one 25 MHz transponder 12214...12239 V, plus beacon(s) near 12202. -
