I have found here a few transponders, which are not of 39 °. I've checked it several times (days) and it should be the 40 ° E.
There is a feed from time to time and sometimes you can lock it. One picture shows a large wellness center in Pakistan. The Internet link shows it again.
It can hardly be that I receive the beam for Pakistan. This would be madness.
Possibly, this signal can be confirmed by another DXer.

It's really a performance to catch that beam,for which I congratulate you 
I'd like to know which of your antennas you used it and in what part of Europe you are.These two physical conditions are the most important to measure any success. I have to admit,this is remarkable

Andrew ES 037 is my dream antenna, doubt I will have one someday.
Signal is coming from 40E and is very weak.
My values are below zero, sometimes above.

You can try this, Dreamsat, this needs lower SNR.
I hope it is from 40E.
Edit: Now I see you already locked it.
