...and here last night. 1.2m dish aligned on it when about -1.7 latitude (az-el), SMW LNA. -
Some changes :

The signal on this transponder is there all the time,but being a inclined satellite,as you know,you have to adjust the elevation at different hours to receive it as much as possible.
