Just my try on this one... Services in clear on PLP 0 and MIS 171, other MIS (172/173) encrypted services or black screen/inactive.
Need +2dB to lock .
Changing parameter here:
3749 L 45830 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK, MIS 171 and PLP 0 (all in clear), MIS 173 and PLP 2 at scan time

...so MIS 173 and PLP 2 is encrypted on 3749 L 45830 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
Auch mit meine 1,80m kann ich diese MIS /T2MI empfangen ( 8,3dB bei Regen)
in dieser Fall habe ich mit einem E2 Receiver es gemacht .
Even with my 1.80m I can receive this MIS /T2MI (8.3dB in rain).
in this case I did it with an E2 receiver.
For me, this transponder has a good signal of 8.5db
180cm antenna Skandynavia (near Malmó)
