Does anyone have stable signal on 12,597 GHz vertical, SR 45000 and FEC 2/3 (16APSK) ?

I have up to 12dB and lock but no results. Might be FTA BFBS channel.

This stream is encoded. And even if it wasn't, you still can't view the content because it is encapsulated.

I have no idea of a general-purpose device capable of rendering the stream correctly, as we wanted.

Out of curiosity, it's 15W on this tp. transmissions run by BFBS - British Forces Broadcasting Service Reception only on cards with ACM, but TBS type 6983 can't cope because the picture is pixelated. Modulation and FEC change every few seconds. It's a pity that it can't be picked up normally without cuts.

I'm glad I was wrong, but I didn't understand what device managed to run this stream.

Maybe Tomek22 or SatSearcher can tell us how they did it.

Mit der TBS 6893 kann ich einigermasse ein gutes Bild bekommen , nicht ständig

es gibt viel Aussetzer , man kann aber relativ gut sehen was auf dem Bildschirm läuft.

With the TBS 6893 I can get a reasonably good picture, but not all the time.

There are a lot of drop-outs, but you can see relatively well what's on the screen.

TBS6903 and DVBviewer run it almost perfectely.

No success with DVBdream or VLC.

Hello, finally can answer here :)

There is no secret how i open this Navy TV. It's just Ebspro and direct stream to VLC (TCP) it allows me to get almost stable picture (good to make clear screenshots) but there are also alot of drop-outs - missing packet. It looks like cards have too big delay when modulation is changed and its started to count continuity errors.

Here some more screenshots from live fotball tranmission. Video quality is bad. its only 720x576 and low bitrate

Now and then, another stream would activate. I caught one such moment, but because of the encapsulation, I couldn't see the content; now, it's no longer active.

This freq active again, but i can't see exactly what channel there. May be anyone can?

15.0W_Navy TV is now activated on 12716 V,24902,3/4,8PSK, and runs parallel on 12596 V,45000,5/6,16aPSK.

On the SatUK forum, news is that the BBC Satback package is activated on 11043 V at 15.0W, with the same parameters as at 27.5W.

The spectrum shows me that no signal is coming in in my area. I think it is on the North Sea beam.

In Europe it looks like that in this frequerncy range:

11014 V 107140 (GS)

11138 V 107140 (GS)

...no chance for 11043 V 44100. ->see my edit

/edit: Okay, now I can see that member Llew on satellites.co.uk forum can recieve 11043 V 44100 from North Sea Spotbeam.
