I have found this post now at 9.53 o clock, I can confirm your found with 4,4dB TBS. I think its may be MENA beam.

11262 H OFF

12224 H 30000 this might be really MENA beam.
Similiar signal around 4.8db sometimes jump to 5.2dB
Maybe in next days we can see some good channels here :)

neue Situation durch Aufschaltung eines MENA-beam-TP, 12456 V 27500 8PSK

Da sich der beam von Arabien über Nordafrika nach Südspanien erstreckt, käme als kandidat für ein kl. Signal logischerweise qwer in Betracht.

Am Standort ist mit 180 kein Signal auszumachen.
