No signal at my place on 11270 V. 
In my place signal is much better.
In Poland pawelwa and @Harti got problems with reception. In central Poland its available with only 1.80m.
7.6dB with little rain outside
Maybe this is really badr-7 becuase coverage of this beam is weird.

I locked the dish at this position atm. 
Reception with 2.1m
According to the reception reports for 11270 V it can´t be Badr-5 Pan-Arab beam. Probably I had to start a new toppic Badr-7.

Here is my early afternoon situation for the full band both Pol. from 26°East with 4.2Mt. Location: North West Italy
Very hard to lock 11270V, no chance for 11227V. Maybe better in the evening. Some interference from Astra 28.2, I think
