I see on your table that 10950 H has symbol rate 255, but Crazyscan shows it is Beacon

Here CS has not locked the transponder, I think thats the difference, but it looks like a beacon.

There is a beacon, but not circularly polarized, as well as telemetry in different polarizations.
CS is simply unable to analyze such a dense group of DVB signals.
Here are my results from yesterday:
As you can see, there are different signals at the same frequencies in different linear polarizations.

The IRIB package at 46.0E, at 10973 V, 30000, 3/4, 8PSK, seems to have left the satellite. I caught it momentarily, as I didn't see it on the spectrum after a few minutes.
Do you still receive it in your area?
(Probably because of the social events now in Iran(?)
